Kamal Shair Strategic Executive Leadership
Program
In line with the OSB mission, which focuses on
developing and enhancing global managerial leadership in the Middle
East region and beyond, the Kamal Shair Strategic Executive Leadership
Program merges academic contribution with applied business insight in
advancing leadership knowledge and developing leadership talent in the
region.
The program brings together leadership scholars,
students and practitioners to share their respective experience and
develop new insight. It creates and supports forums through which
business leaders and faculty learn from one another and collaborate in
creating innovative learning for the next generation of regional
business leaders.
By providing a platform for business
school faculty, students, alumni and practitioners to study and learn
about the fundamental challenges confronting those who lead
organizations today, we make an impact in the Middle East by
developing and disseminating a deeper understanding of leadership as
applied in this part of the world.
