OSB’s Classic Programs have been created for
regional managers seeking to round out their leadership skill set and
develop a strategic paradigm within which to tackle pressing
high-level business issues. Participants represent diverse business
functions, companies, industries and countries, mainly from the Middle
East region. OSB’s Classic programs offer a vertical orientation;
that is to say, they aim at honing key management competencies at
various decision-making levels of the organization. Each of the four
30-hour modules addresses the salient challenges and managerial tools
applicable to that decision-making level.
